Policies

Shipping Policy+

Free standard shipping worldwide on every order. Your bag leaves the atelier within 1-3 business days and delivery takes 7-15 business days depending on your country. A tracking number is e-mailed to you as soon as the parcel is dispatched; allow 2-5 business days for it to become active. Import duties or customs fees, where a country charges them, are set by your local authority and are the customer's responsibility.

Refund & Return Policy+

You have 30 days from delivery to return your bag. It must be unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Because our buy-one-get-one offer treats both bags as a single purchase, if you return the paid bag the free bag has to come back with it, otherwise its value is deducted from the refund. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the bag arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, in which case we cover it. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Customers in the EU and the UK also keep the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

Privacy Policy+

We only collect what we need to take your order from checkout to your door: contact details, shipping address, payment confirmation and basic usage data. We never store your full card details - payments are handled by our payment providers. We do not sell your personal data. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time.

Terms of Service+

By buying from this store you agree to our terms. Every piece is sold while stocks last and this is a closing collection, so quantities are final. Prices already include the discounts shown on the site; the buy-one-get-one offer is applied automatically at checkout with no code. An order confirmation e-mail acknowledges your order; acceptance happens when it is dispatched. Orders can be changed or cancelled free of charge until they leave the atelier.
