This website is operated by MLX STUDIOS LLC (“Margot Libra”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”). These Terms apply to all users of the site. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase from us.

2. Eligibility

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province or country of residence, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian to use this site.

3. Products & Availability

All products are sold while stocks last. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer and to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustration; minor variations in color or leather grain may occur due to screen settings and the natural material.

4. Prices & Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your region and may change at any time without notice. Promotional discounts shown on the site are already reflected in the displayed prices unless stated otherwise; our buy-one-get-one offer, when active, is applied automatically at checkout with no code needed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock discrepancies — in such cases any amount paid will be fully refunded. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never store your full card details.

5. Orders

After placing an order you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This e-mail is an acknowledgement of your order, not acceptance; acceptance occurs when the order is dispatched. If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@margotlibra.shop or through our Request Service page — orders can only be changed or cancelled before dispatch.

6. Shipping

Shipping terms, times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our return and refund conditions are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory statutory rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.

8. Quality Guarantee

Every piece is inspected by hand before it leaves the atelier. If your bag arrives with a manufacturing defect we replace it or refund you in full. The guarantee does not cover normal wear of the leather, misuse or accidental damage. To make a claim, contact support@margotlibra.shop with your order number and photos of the issue.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos and design — is the property of MLX STUDIOS LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

10. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to display product information accurately, but we do not warrant that all content is error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to update information at any time without prior notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MLX STUDIOS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in such jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which you reside.
