Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation e-mail as soon as your order is placed.

Shipping Times

Once dispatched, delivery takes 7–15 business days, depending on your destination. Total time from order to delivery is therefore typically 8–18 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, holidays or other events outside our control.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping worldwide on every order. There are no hidden shipping fees at checkout.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is e-mailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. You can follow your parcel at any time through the Track Your Order page on our website. Please allow 2–5 business days for the tracking information to become active after dispatch.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges, where applicable, are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error in your address, contact us at support@margotlibra.shop as soon as possible — we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@margotlibra.shop with your order number. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, at your choice.
